A friendly meet-up between two young sensations, Rishabh Pant and Shaheen Afridi from India and Pakistan respectively set the internet on fire just before the Asia Cup.
The Twitter handle of PCB shared a video of meet-ups between the India and Pakistan stars.
It has been seen that when Pant came to meet Shaheen, the lefty pacer hilariously said, “Yaar main soch raha hu aapki tarah bas batting shuru kar du, ek haath se chhakke lagaau (I’m thinking of becoming a batter like you, start hitting sixes with a single hand).”
Pant didn’t hold back himself from throwing the banter and said, “fast bowler ho toh effort lagaana padega sir! Compulsory hai (If you’re a fast bowler, you have to put in efforts. It’s compulsory). ” Then the wicket-keeper of India also checked on the condition of Afridi and asked how long would it take for him to recover, to which the Pakistan pacer replied, “5 weeks.”
