Earlier, Multan Sultans posted a massive total of 196/2 in 20 overs owing to Mohammad Rizwan’s fiery century. Rizwan smashed unbeaten 110 runs off 64 deliveries smashing 10 fours and four sixes.

In response , Karachi got off to a flying start with openers Matthew Wade and James Vince added 75 runs for the first wicket. Vince was looking relentless striking at 220.5 to reach 75 off just 34 balls. But at the end, Karachi fell short of just 3 runs.
