The Second Test of the two-match series between India and Bangladesh is being played at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.
On the third day of the test match, India seemed to be in a difficult position as four of their batters went to pavilion on the score of 45. Mehdy Hasan scalped 3 wickets of Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara & Virat Kohli. India need 100 more runs to beat the opposition.
After Virat Kohli’s dismissal, him and spinner Taijul Islam were seen having some words. Kohli got dismissed giving a catch to Mominul on short-leg. Taijul Islam said some words after Kohli’s dismissal, after which Kohli was seen walking towards Taijul and uttering some words. Afterwards Shakib-al-Hasan and umpire intervened to calm the matter.
Kohli has not been seen in rhythm in the series. He managed to cross 20-run-mark just once in this series. In the first innings, he dismissed on the score of 23. Although he performed great in white-ball cricket this year but in test cricket, he has averaging just 26.
