Shubman Gill struck scintillating hundred in the third ODI.
In the final ODI between India & Sri Lanka in Trivandrum, Shubman Gill scored his second ODI hundred of his career facing just 89 balls. After scoring the hundred, Gill celebrated it in a fine way by bowing down in front of the spectators.
Virat Kohli looked equally pumped out when Gill smashed his hundred. With this hundred, Gill now has the most runs in ODI cricket (894) in first 18 innings among Indians and third most overall. Kohli finished his innings on 116 runs after facing 96 balls with the help of 14 fours & 2 sixes.
Apart from Gill, captain Rohit too Sharma looked in great touch as he hammered 42 runs in 49 before getting out. Centurion of the first game Virat Kohli smashed a half century too and currently batting at the score of 76 runs alongside Shreyas Iyer (19)
