Sanju Samson takes a blinder behind the stumps to dismiss Zimbabwe opener Takudzwanashe Kaitano in the 2nd ODI at Harare Sports Club.
After securing a convincing win in the 1st ODI, KL Rahul-led Indian team is taking on Zimbabwe in the 2nd ODI match. KL decided to bowl first after winning the toss.
Two opening bowlers of India, Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna gave India a very good and tight start.
Both the bowlers kept on building pressure on the opening batters which helped Md. Siraj to pick up his first wicket in this match. On the fourth delivery of 8th over Siraj picked up the wicket of Takudzwanashe Kaitano with the help of Sanju Samson’s brilliant effort behind the stumps.

Kaitano edged the ball with the outside edge which was going away from Samson. But the Indian wicket-keeper kept his eyes on the ball and threw his body to complete a brilliant catch with his right hand.
Kaitano eventually had to depart after scoring only 7 runs(32 balls), leaving his team on 20/1.
Indian bowlers started in the rhythm which they showed in the first ODI. If they can continue with the same aggressive mindset with the ball, a collapse might be waiting for the inexperienced Zimbabwe batting line up once again.
