On Tuesday, Ryan Burl showered sixes at the Harare Sports Club in the third T20 encounter between Zimbabwe & Bangladesh. Zimbabwe thrashed Bangladesh by 10 runs and became the winner of the series beating Bangladesh by 2-1.
Zimbabwe won the toss and opted to bat first but they did not have a great start. They lost 3 wickets inside powerplay on the score of 45. On 67, half of the team have gone to the pavilion. Zimbabwe was on 76/6 in 14 overs when Ryan Burl took charge Nasum Ahmed and slammed 34 runs in the over.
Burl smashed the first six over Nasum’s head, on the second delivery the result was same again. Burl hit a six over mid-wicket region on the 3rd delivery. He hit the fourth delivery for six in the same region and on the 5th one, the ball missed hitting the boundary rope just by an inch and it went for four.
After 5 deliveries, Burl collected 28 runs with 4 sixes and a four. On the last one, Burl smacked another six over the covers making it 34 runs in an over. Burl ended his innings on 54 runs off just 28 deliveries.

Zimbabwe managed to set the target of 156 in 20 overs. While chasing, Bangladesh came close to chase down the target by the help of Afif Hossain’s 39-run-knock but fell short of 10 runs. Zimbabwe sealed the 3-match series by 2-1. Sikandar Raza was adjudged the man of the series.
