Team India witnessed a huge defeat in the semifinal of T20 World Cup 2022.

England registered 10-wicket win over India in the semifinal owing to Jos Buttler & Alex Hales outrageous batting. Team India after batting first made 160 runs in 20 overs which was above par total on Adelaide Oval. Hardik Pandya was the hero of Indian side who whacked 63 runs off 33 deliveries and got a good support from ViratKohli (50).

But the target did not seem difficult for England as they chased it down without losing any wicket before 4 overs. Alex Hales (86) & Jos Buttler (80) struck Indian bowlers all over the park and registered an easy win. England will take on Pakistan in the final of the tournament.

Amidst England batter carnage, Indian fielders were seen loose fielding. During the 9th over, Buttler and Hales ran for 4 fours as Shami who fielding at fine-leg picked up the ball and tried to pass it to Bhuvneshwar kumar but the ball went over Bhuvi’s head and two extra runs were credited in England’s score. Captain Rohit Sharma was seen furious watching Shami’s fielding and changed his expression instantly.
