India lost all of their reviews while bowling to Australia in the first inning.
On the first day of the second test match between India & Australia, the former struggled against the Australian bowling. India bundled out for mere 109 runs owing to a terrific fifer by Matthew Kuhnemann & a 3W haul by veteran spinner Nathan Lyon. Todd Murphy picked a crucial wicket of Virat Kohli who was looking in a good rhythm.
Australia while batting did not struggle like India and have taken lead of 47 runs owing to a terrific knock by Usman Khawaja. Khawaja scored 60 off 147 balls which was his second half century of the series. Labuschagne and Smith also contributed some value runs.
But India lost 2 of their reviews early in the game as Jadeja insisted Rohit to take the review twice and not one of them went in India’s favour. After losing both the reviews, Rohit Sharma was seen agitated and caught abusing Jadeja.
“Dekh ball kaha lag raha hai (See where the ball is heading.),” Rohit shouted before abusing Jadeja on the field. However, Rohit smiled a few moments after which proved the matter was not serious.
