India thrashed England in the 3rd ODI by 5 wickets and sealed the series by 2-1 with the aid of masterclass century by Rishabh Pant (125*) and Hardik Pandya’s 71(55).
England after batting first, set a total of 259 runs which India chased with 47 balls remaining. Rishabh Pant was adjudged man of the match for his terrific maiden century. But the moment which grabbed everyone’s attention happened during post match presentation.
Rishabh Pant got a medal and a bottle of champagne after helping India win the 3rd ODI. Just after getting the champagne, he went to former India’s coach Ravi Shastri who was the part of commentary panel. Rishabh Pant hugged Ravi Shastri and gave the champagne bottle to Ravi Shastri.

India’s former captain Virat Kohli was also seen offering the champagne bottle to Shastri. Even having a poor series, Kohli was seen in a full mood, enjoying the series victory. Virat Kohli scored 16 & 17 in 2nd & 3rd ODI respectively. Even in T20 series, he failed to have an impact.
