Former cricketers, Venkatesh Prasad and Aakash Chopra have been indulging in a debate on KL Rahul’s inclusion on twitter. India’s wicket-keeper batter Kl Rahul has been going through the worst form of his life and despite of his failure, he has not been ruled out the team.
Venkatesh Prasad is against Rahul’s inclusion in the team considering his poor form whereas Akash Chopra wants the team to continue with Rahul as he believes in his ability. But recently a video of Akash Chopra with Sunil Shetty is getting viral in which he can be heard calling ‘mentor’ and ‘big brother’ to Sunil Shetty.
It is important to note that Shetty is the father-in-law of KL Rahul, who recently got married to his daughter Athiya. Talking about Rahul’s form, he has been utterly out of touch and failed to make a noticeable contribution. 8, 12, 10, 22, 23, 10, 2, 20, 17, and 1 in his last 10 Test innings which is very pathetic as per his standards.
