Mohammad Rizwan carrying pillow while traveling again drew the attention of many fans. Rizwan has been seen carrying his pillow multiple times while traveling. Recently fans shared a video and photos in which Rizwan is holding his pillow.
Pakistan is touring Sri Lanka for 2 matches test series starting from 16 July. Rizwan who is the vice-captain of Pakistan test captain while traveling from Colombo to Galle was seen carrying his pillow while coming out of the bus.
Why Mohammad Rizwan carries Pillow with him?
Rizwan had revealed the reason of taking the pillow with him on YouTube channel of Pakistan cricket. He said that the pillow he carries is a medicated pillow which gives relaxation to the neck while sleeping.
He added that being a wicket-keeper there is always a problem in the neck region. Neck muscles become tight and rigid due to consistently wearing helmet while keeping or batting. That’s why he was referred a medicated pillow so that he can sleep comfortably.
Recently Pakistan played 3-match ODI series against West Indies. Pakistan clean swept the visitors in the series. However Rizwan did not have a great series. He scored 59 in the first match but only managed to score 15 & 11 in the second & third ODI. He must be looking to get his rhythm back in test series against Sri Lanka.
