Marnus Labuschagne’s gesture made everyone scratch their heads.
On Day 1 of the the third and final test match between Australia & South Africa in Sydney Cricket Ground, Australian batter Marnus Labuschagne signalled for cigarette lighter when he was batting alongside Usman Khawaja after the fall of first wicket.
Marnus was having trouble with his helmet as he couldn’t be able to see the ball properly so he called for the lighter to fix the nylon clothing on the underside. Marnus scored exquisite 79 runs before getting dismissed off Anrich Nortje.
Australia is currently batting on the score of 147 at the loss of 2 wickets after the end of Day 1. Usman Khawaja is batting on 54 runs whereas Steve Smith is on the crease facing zero deliveries. Anrich Nortje was the most successful bowler from South African side as he picked couple of wickets.
