During The Hundred League game between Southern Brave and Oval Invincible, a controversy happened when Marcus Stoinis gifted his wicket to Mohammad Hussain.
Oval Invincibles after winning the toss invited Southern Braves to bat first. Braves didn’t have a fine start as they lost 2 wickets on the score of 14. After that, Stoinis and captain James Vince started building partnership but it did not last long.
On the 61th ball, when Hasnain came to bowl, Stoinis tried to smack the delivery in the leg side but the ball took an edge of his bat and the ball went in fielder’s hand at mid-off region. Stoinis when going towards the pavilion imitated Hasnain’s action to show that he is chucking. Fans are criticizing the behaviour of Marcus Stoinis and demanding to take action against him.

Earlier, Mohammad Hasnain was reported of illegal action and was suspended from bowling. His action was then reported by Umpire Gerard Abood after bowling in BBL match on 2nd January. However, in June he was cleared to ball as his elbow extension was found to be within permissible limit.
