Virat Kohli looked in great touch in the warmup game against Australia on Monday.
India is taking on Australia in their warmup game in Brisbane. Australia after winning the toss invited India to bat first. Opener Kl Rahul continued his magnificent form and helped team cross 40-run-mark in just 4 overs. KL completed his fifty in 27 balls and got dismissed on 56 runs.
However, the other opener Rohit Sharma could play an impressive innings and got out on 15 runs after facing 14 balls. After that Virat Kohli came to bat and on the first ball of the 10th over, Kohli took on Ashton Agar by smashing a straight six coming down the ground.
Furthermore, Kohli played an outrageous drive towards long-on in the 13th over of Mitchell Starc. Although, Kohli got dismissed on the next delivery trying to play pull shot. Kohli finished his knock on 19 runs off 13 deliveries. India is currently batting on 155/4 in 16.3 overs. Suryakumar 32(21) & Dinesh Karthik 20(13) are at the crease.
