Indian Vice-Captain KL Rahul had undergone surgery for Sports Hernia in Germany and is expected to be back on the field within two months.
Cricket may be kept away from him for some time but he couldn’t be kept away from the game. Recently KL has posted an Instagram reel in which he was seen knocking the rubber ball with his blade at National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru.

Recently Rahul is going under rehab in NCA and he has shown remarkable progress in the last few days.
And the knocking video of today surely encouraged his fans. Eventually, Rahul was ruled out just after the IPL and ahead of the South Africa home series. But after rehab, he was expected to join the England-bound team to play the historic test match at Edgbaston. But he couldn’t recover and had to undergo surgery.
After a successful surgery, he has joined the NCA after taking a few days’ break.
Eventually, India failed terribly in their opening partnership in the English conditions. Rahul played a crucial role at the opening last year along with Rohit Sharma before the series was postponed. But this time India had to open with a completely new pair of Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara. Though Pujara scored a fighting half-century in the second innings, Gill failed to leave his mark in both innings.
Hence Indian fans want Rahul to recover as soon as possible and join the team as he would be an integral part of the T20 World Cup team that is going to take place in Australia, this October.
