India thrashed Australia completely in the first test in Nagpur.
Team India maintained their unbeatable streak at home by hammering Australia by an inning & 132 runs in the first test. Australia bundled out for mere 91 runs and completed surrendered to them. This is Australia’s lowest ever total in test match against India.
The game finished in just 3 days owing to Ravinchandran Ashwin’s magnificent fifer. Ravindra Jadeja & Mohammed Shami also picked couple of wickets. Earlier India posted 400 runs in their first innnings owing to terrific hundred by Rohit Sharma & couple of fifties by Axar & Jadeja.
But the main hero of the match was no other than Ravindra Jadeja. Making comeback in Indian team after 6 months, Jadeja scalped a 5W haul in the first innings and then smashed 70 runs while batting.
