At present Sri Lanka are facing Pakistan in the final of Asia Cup 2022. Sri Lanka scored 172 runs in their first innings after Pakistan invited them to bat first.
Bhanuka Rajapaksa shone in the first innings for Sri Lanka as 30-year-old batter slammed 71 runs off 45 deliveries including 4 fours & 3 sixes. Rajapaksa got a good support by Wanindu Hasaranga who played an astonishing cameo of 37 runs off just 21 delivery.
Amidst the finals game, several Indian fans who are the members of ‘Bharat Army’ claimed that there were not allowed to enter in stadium to watch the game as they were wearing Indian jsrsey. Fans said that they are not permitted if they wear Pakistan or Sri Lankan jersey.
After the incident, Bharat Army took to Twitter and expressed their anger by posting a video of the incident and captioning “SHOCKING TREATMENT as The Bharat Army and other Indian Cricket Fans told they can not enter the stadium wearing ‘India jerseys’!”
