Local hero Sanju Samson has huge fan following in Kerala. Several fans always keen to see him play in blue jersey.
Indian team after crushing Australia in T20 series by 2-1, reached Thiruvananthapuram for 3-match T20 series against South Africa which is commencing from 28th of September.
However, Sanju Samson could not make into India’s squad for this series but when Team India reached Thiruvananthapuram, they got lot of cheers and support from the local Kerala fans who were taking pictures of Indian player.

In the Video Suryakumar Yadav is sitting in the bus and fans were shouting for the team from outside and then Suryakumar Yadav showed picture of Samson on his phone after that the enthusiasm of the fans went to next level.
Samson has been an integral part of Rajasthan Royals franchise. He joined the team in 2013 and played for them for 3 years and then he was bought by Delhi capitals. In 2018, he returned back to his old franchise and in 2021 he was made the captain.
