David Warner broke many records after smashing century in third & final ODI against England.
England after winning the toss, invited Australia to bat first but their decision proved to be wrong when David Warner & Travis Head went for 269-run partnership for the second wicket. David Warner departed after smashing 106 runs in 102 balls and with his century, he did his famous jump celebration.
David Warner scored this century of him after more than 3 years. It was his 19th ODI century and with this hundred, he went past went past Mark Waugh’s tally of 18 hundreds. Warner also completed 6000 ODI runs in this innings and became the fastest Australian to achieve this feat.
Furthermore, he also became the joint third fastest batter to score 6k ODI runs along with Kane Williamson. South African Hashim Amla is at the top in this list followed by Virat Kohli at number 2. Apart from Warner, Trevis Head scored his 3rd ODI century and made 152 runs in 130 balls.
