Cheteshwar Pujara’s dismissal made fans scratch their heads.
On the first day of the third test match between India & Australia in Indore, Indian batters seemed to struggle against the spinners of Australia. India had lost 5 wickets inside 50 runs. Matthew Kuhnemann sent both Indian openers to the pavilion and then Pujara lost his wicket against a bizzare delivery bowled by Nathan Lyon.
On the second ball of 8th over, Lyon bowled a off-side against which Pujara attempted to play cut shot towards square boundary but the ball took an uncanny turn and knocked off Pujara’s stump. Pujara dismissed at the score of 1.
However Virat Kohli & KS Bharat tried to establish a partnership as Kohli was looking sublime in his defence but one of the deliveries of Murphy hit the pad of him which ended Kohli’s patient innings.
