India’s flamboyant all rounder Ravindra Jadeja is currently spending his time out of the field following his knee surgery.
33-year-old all rounder sustained injury during Asia Cup match against Hong Kong. Recently Ravindra Jadeja had a knee surgery and he will be out of action for few months. Few days ago, Jadeja shared a photo of him on Instagram in which he is standing with crutches in Hospital. He captioned the picture
“The surgery was successful. There are many people to thank for their support and involvement – BCCI, my teammates, support staff, physios, doctors and the fans. I will start my rehab soon and try to get back to cricket soon as I can. Thank you to everyone for your kind wishes.”
Meanwhile Rajasthan Royals pacer Chetan Sakariya took to his twitter account and wished Jadeja for a speedy recovery by imitating his sword celebration which Jadeja usually does after scoring fifty or hundred. Sakariya captioned the video “In case you are missing jaddu. Here’s wishing him a speedy recovery”
On which Ravindra Jadeja replied “Hahah well done” on his post. Jadeja’s absence in T20 World Cup squad would be a huge loss to Team India. Jadeja used to maintain balance in Indian side by his batting, bowling and stunning field. India will surely miss southpaw batter of his caliber in the middle order.
