In India vs Netherlands Group B game, spectators & viewers got to see a marriage proposal in the stadium. The boy asked the girl “will you marry me” while putting a ring in finger. The Girl answered in yes and accepted the guy’s proposal.
Talking about the game, India comfortably beat the opponents Netherlands by 56 runs. Suryakumar Yadav was adjudged man of the match for his 51-run knock in 25 balls. India made 180 runs in the first innings.
Apart from Surya, Rohit Sharma & Virat Kohli slammed 53 & 62* respectively. Netherlands innings collapsed on 123/9 in 20 overs. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, R Ashwin & Axar Patel picked 2 wickets each.
