A bizarre runout happened during the third test between England & Pakistan.
On Day 2 of third 3rd test match, Harry Brook continued his extraordinary form and smacked the third century of the series. Apart from him, Ollie Pope & Ben Foakes too slammed their respective half centuries. England scored 354 runs in their first innings and took lead of 50 runs.
In the 33rd over, Brooks flicked Mohammad Wasim Jr’s fifth ball towards deep mid-wicket and ran two runs with Captain Ben Stokes. The duo attempted to go for third run after taking couples but Harry Brook decided to remain in the crease after seeing the throw towards the bowler side but Stokes had already ran for the striker’s end and got run out.
Earlier, Pakistan posted 304 runs on the board in their first innings. Captain Babar Azam smashed stupendous 78 runs. Azhar Ali also made a fine contribution of 45 runs. From the bowling department, Jake Leach picked 4W haul.
