India will face Sri Lanka in the first T20I on Tuesday.
Team India will kickoff their 2022 cricket campaign facing Sri Lanka in 3-match T20 series starting from 3rd January in Mumbai, the second T20 will be played on 5th & the final one on 7th January. After that, Men in blue will take on Lankans in 3-match ODI series.
Hardik Pandya is set to lead the team in the absence of Rohit Sharma. Senior players including KL Rahul & Virat Kohli will also remain unavailable in the game. India is likely to open with Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ishan Kishan with Surya, Pandya, Samson & Hooda in middle order.
