Indian fans slammed Labuschagne for not showing respect to Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin tweeted “Wonderful to see cricket back in the Commonwealth Games. Hope this takes our beautiful game to newer audiences. Best wishes to @BCCIWomen’s team for their #CWG22 campaign.”
On Which Aussie batter replied “Agreed Sachin. Aus v India is going to be an amazing opener too.” But many Indian fans seemed angry seeing the comment of Labuschagne. As Sachin Tendulkar is one of the senior cricketers, Marnus Labuschagne did not pay him respect as he wrote ‘Sachin’ only and did not use ‘sir’ title for India’s former cricketer.
Here are reactions of some of the fans who lashed out at Marnus in reply section:
However, Indian women team did not have a good start in the inaugural game as they lost to Australian women by 3 wickets. Indian women put on 154 total on the board with the aid of Shafali Verma’s 48 runs and Harmanpreet Kaur’s 52-run-knock. In response, Australian women chased the target in the last over. Ashleigh Gardner slammed 52 runs off 35 deliveries while Grace Harris remained not out on 37 runs with the scoring rate of 185.
