India is going to take on England in the 5th and final test of the previously unfinished series.
India left the England tour in the midway of the series, the previous year, due to covid outbreak. Now India is back again to conquer England on their home soil.
Water has flown in Tames in this one year as well both teams had gone through a lot of changes. Virat Kohli has stepped down from captaincy in all formats for India as well as Ravi Shastri from the Head Coach position. Now Rohit Sharma is the announced captain for team India though India will appear in this test match under Jasprit Bumrah’s captaincy as Rohit is ruled out from this test match due to covid. England has also gone through under several changes as Joe Root has stepped down from captaincy and Ben Stokes is in the charge now.

The fans have been waiting eagerly for a cracker of a game for a year. But the weather forecast is not so shining for the fans as well as the sky of Edgbaston. Clouds will be there at the match time which means seam bowlers of both teams can extract some off-the-pitch movement.
Weather Forecast: Report says there will be a temperature of almost 30°C and humidity of 73% with a wind velocity of 5-8mph. But the most disheartening part for the fans is there is a 60% chance of rain in the match time.
Pitch Report: The pitch has been undercover for a few times which means dampness would be there so the main challenge would be in the pitch is to batting first. But it’s expected that the pitch will play better with the progress of the game. The average first innings score here is around 308. Any team which will win the toss would look to bowl first and extract the advantage from the pitch.
