Hero in India’s victory in their Asia Cup game against Pakistan, Hardik Pandya got promotion in ICC T20 rankings for all-rounders.
Owing to his terrific performance with the bat (33* off 17) and ball (4-0-25-3) against Pakistan, Hardik Pandya moved to number 5 in ICC T20 rankings for all-rounders. Hardik now has 167 rating points in allrounder rankings which is also the highest rating points of his T20 career.
Hardik Pandya is the only Indian allrounder who is in top 10 rankings for all-rounders. Even in ODI rankings for all-rounders, he is the only allrounder in top 15. Apart from that, Afghanistan’s allrounder Mohammad Nabi retained his number 1 rank with 257 points while Shakib Al Hasan is at number 2 with 245 points and England allrounder Moeen Ali occupies number 3 position.
In the bowling rankings, Afghanistan’s star leg-spinner Rashid Khan moved to number 3 with 708 points surpassing Adil Rashid and Adam Zampa. Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood occupies number 1 position in the bowling rankings with 792 points whereas South Africa’s wrist spinner Tabraiz Shamsi is at number 2 with 716 points.
