ICC have picked T20 World Cup 2022 best possible playing XI.
There is only one game left in this tournament which is the final one, between England & Pakistan. Ahead of the final, ICC announcement their best playing XI of the tournament. England’s both openers Alex Hales & Jos Buttler have been choses as the openers.
Both the openers performed stupendously in the tournament scoring more than 200 runs including their fiery fifties in semifinal against India. India’s number 3 & number 4 batter Virat Kohli & Suryakumar Yadav have retained their batting position in ICC’s team.
Kohli is the leading run-getter in the ongoing tournament while Suryakumar Yadav is third highest run-maker. New Zealand’s Glenn Phillips who is the top scorer for his team in this World Cup has been picked at number 5 position.
Sikandar Raza & Shadab Khan are the two all-rounders of the team at number 6 & number 7 position. Both of them were phenomenal throughout the tournament in every department.
In bowling department, South African pacer Anrich Nortje, Pakistan pacer Shaheen Afridi, England’s pacer Mark Wood and Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh have made their places.
