ICC revealed player of the year 2022 for all three formats.

In 2022 Surya scored 1164 runs at a healthy average of over 46 and strike rate in 180s. Furthermore, he was India’s second top run-scorer in T20 World Cup 2022, only behind his countryman Virat Kohli.
Pakistan Captain Babar Azam was chose as the ODI cricketer of the year by ICC. Azam last year amassed 679 runs from just nine ODIs at an average of 84.87, with three centuries and five half-centuries. This is not the first time Babar became the ODI player of the year, he was given the same award in 2021.
England test captain Ben Stokes is ICC test cricketer of the year 2022. Stokes scored 870 runs at an average of 36.25 and took 26 wickets at an average of 31.19 in Test cricket in 2022. Under Stokes captaincy, England won 9 test matches out of 10 in year 2023 including 3-0 series win in Pakistan.
