India has got a Huge setback when captain Rohit Sharma got tested covid-positive during the warm-up match against Leicestershire. Icc tweeted asking who could lead the Indian team. Now Indian former spinner Harbhajan Singh came up with his reply.

India is all set to take on England in the 5th and final test match of the unfinished series of the previous year. But captain Rohit Sharma got covid attacked which has imbalanced the planning of the Indian team. Mayank Agarwal is added to the squad as a cover for Rohit Sharma.

But the main problem is who will lead team India in the final test. Virat Kohli has already stepped down from captaincy in all formats while vice-captain KL Rahul is not also available for the last test of the series due to injury.

Icc tweeted regarding this and asked fans who would lead team India. Harbhajan Singh came up with a reply and retweeted it by tagging Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah there.

This would be a huge boost for the outrageous pacer by getting such a compliment from such an Indian legend.

Though it’s expected that Rohit would be all fine before the test match as the senior batsman posted a selfie giving thumbs up that may indicate his recovery.

Whoever is the captain, it’s a huge opportunity for team India to conquer England on their home soil. India is currently leading the series by 2-1. Headingley is getting ready. The countdown is already started for the much-awaited test match
