French opener Gustav McKeon created history again as he smashed another terrific century at the Europe T20 World Cup 2024 Sub-Regionals.
France beat Norway by 11 runs with the help of Gustav’s terrific century, which included 5 fours and 8 massive sixes.
The french opener became the first men cricketer who has hit consecutive centuries in two international matches.
Previously, he scored 109 in 61 balls against Switzerland in Vantaa and became the first teenager to score a century in international cricket. Now he has repeated the achievement once again and hit 53-ball 101 in the very next match.
To achieve this feat, Gustav has broken the record of Azhar Andani who had made 46, 100, and 81 in his first three innings for Portugal last year.
Currently, he is also the highest run scorer (286) in his first three matches of his international career. Portugal’s Andani is at the second spot with 227 runs, and Czech Republic’s Sabawoon Davizi stands at the number three position with 208 runs on the list.
