Simon Doull has lashed out at Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam.
As in the ongoing test match between New Zealand & Karachi, there are plenty of runs getting scored from both the sides. Even in the previous game, the match ended in a draw owing to utter batting friendly pitches. In the previous two series, against Australia & England, Pak pitches were heaven for batters. Meanwhile the Rawalpindi pitch got below average rating from ICC.
In the ongoing test match, commentator Simon Doull questioned the quality of pitch and slammed Pakistan captain Babar Azam. Doull said openly on air “Where do these directives come from? Do they come from Babar Azam? Does he want to play on these roads to improve his own stats.”
“Let the ground staff do their job properly. The people above, the hierarchy, have just got to leave their noses out of it. It offers nothing. There is no grass on it. There is no seam movement, and there is no carry,” he added.
